How to develop positive habits? Good habits are the key to success in everything!

I’m sure you had a situation when you decided to do something e.g. wake up early and after a week of so you stopped. Not because you changed your mind. Today everyone has a lot of information how to make your life better. But the hardest and the most honorable thing is to do something regularly. 

And here is some tips to learn to do so:

Commit yourself to the month. Scientists prove that after four weeks of doing something a person begins to do it automatically. Make a choice and spare no effort do it for a month!

      Make it visible! To remember about your commitment for example write it on the piece of paper and stick on a place you undoubtedly see several times a day. Let it takes root in your mind.

      Don’t try to do everything at once.It’s difficult to start doing exercises for two hours from the very first time. Begin with an easier task and make it more difficult gradually.

      Find a friend. It is much easier to do something together, to encourage and keep each other from giving up. Also you can take a bet. In my case this thing was crucial!

       Avoid temptations. TV is your weak spot? Minimize your visits to the room where it stands or replace it to some far place.

       Expect bumpy road. I hope you realize that you will have obstacles on your way and you can even fail from the first time. My advice is keep going! Many outstanding people used this rule.

      Right example. Find a person who has a habit you want to gain and learn from him. Ask this person for advice or just keep an eye on him.

      Think about the result. Keep in mind positive things you will have in your life when you finally made a habit. Allow these things motivate you.

      Remove negative thoughts. Stop yourself when you think about
something bad again. For example: “Oh, I’m so fat…BUT I won’t
stop pushing myself and become as slim as want to”.
