How Poroshenko suddenly broke the strategy of Putin

Kiev’s refusal to fund the territory of LNR and DNR, Poroshenko actually broke the strategy of Putin of incorporation of Donbass into the independent Ukraine as a tool to block the integration of our country into the structures of the West.
