Hot dog with mozzarella sauce & caramelized onion

We present a special hot dog recipe. You imagine an ordinary hot dog not especially interesting. Meet our alternative with an aromatic sausage and a caramelized onion. The sauce is just a treasure – see cooking method.

Ingredients:

• buns for hot dogs
• chicken sausages
• onions
• soy sauce
• olive oil
• sugar
• cream
• mozzarella
• cheese
• salt, pepper
• tomatoes
• basil
• mustard

Cooking method:

• Combine mozzarella and spices to the heated cream, mix steadily to make a uniform mass. Cut the onion into semicircles, place it on a hot pan greased with olive oil, and carefully fry. Add enough soy sauce and sugar. Fry, stirring uniformly.
• Place tomatoes and chicken sausages on the grill. Prepare the tomatoes to make a black skin – it is removed, and cut the tomatoes into slices. Fry the sausages until thoroughly cooked.
• Fry buns for hot dogs carefully. The fried bun grease with mustard. Put caramelized onions and sliced tomatoes. Moisten gently with cream-cheese sauce. Place basil leaves and the sausage on it. Accurately and abundantly spray all this with cream-cheese sauce.
