To be honest, I find it hard to perceive the critiques, regardless of whether are these the familiar people to me or not. I start to look for reasons, why somebody criticizes me, my thoughts and words, my actions too. Later I`m thinking how to deal with stress, which I feel after critiques.
Often people start to criticize subjectively, because they envy you or understand that you are much better or more lucky. I think that you should take only the objective criticism. Or better still: during the self-analysis ask your friends, so they suggested that you do not do right. Real friends will not criticize you, but they gently point out your mistakes.
Do not take offense to the criticism, and need to take any action or just ignore the opinion of others. In any case, you have to understand that the more you achieve something, the more known you are or become richer, the more you will be criticized, people will say that it’s not your merit. I recommend to pay attention to the criticism of the people, who are professionals in your case or relatives, who want to help you so. And never show others that criticism offends you, on the contrary, smile, joking and mentally note, what others say to you and analyze it alone with yourself.
