Vitamin E is an active participant in the general metabolism, as well as “responsible” for the regeneration of the body`s tissue, the condition of vascular wall, it is an antioxidant and promotes the normal functioning of the human reproductive system.

What kind of minerals is not enough in the spring?

Generally, at the spring are lacking, above all, the following macro- and microelements, which are manifested in the specific symptoms:

o Iron (weakness, lethargy, pale skin, hair loss);

o iodine (memory loss, swelling, irritability, drowsiness);

o Selenium (fatigue, hair loss, garlic taste in the mouth);

o Calcium (exfoliating nails, dull hair);

o magnesium (increased nervousness, tics, muscle cramps);

o potassium (dizziness, weakness, cramps).

Some tricks for useful “business”

As you know, almost all the products in the different environments lose some of their vitamin value. To avoid this, you just need to follow some simple rules:

1. Do not keep for a long vegetables and fruit at the sun and heat, store them in a cool and dark place.

2. Sauerkraut, pickles and so on you need to store in the brine.

3. Do not keep the fruits and herbs for a long time in the water, which leaches vitamins.

4. Do not store the sliced products, grind them directly before laying into the pan, or (in the case of the salad) – before serving.

5. Do not overcook the foods, reduce the cooking time to a minimum. For example, you can turn off the soup, when it`s half finished, cover the pan with a lid and wait until it “comes” at the temperature below the boiling point, the vitamins remain in 2 times more.

6. Prepare for the one day, not for preserve.

7. Defrost the meat and fish in the refrigerator, in any case, not in the water.

8. Cook the products on the steam and bake them on the grill.
