For example, you have 30 minutes of free time, open English dictionary and learn 6-7 words! Is it difficult? You’ll see what a huge result will be for 1 month of studying 6 English words in a day! The idea is that a small victory over you make you feel more confident. This is necessary when you have the “lowered hands.”
5) And watch a hilarious movie. Not melodrama, from which all the handkerchiefs in the house will be wet, but positive comedy with meaning. It must give you the energy and make you to stand up, to shake your sad condition, inhale a deep breath and say to yourself, “Hey, and why I was so limp? Life is short, so I still spend it on the useless negative thoughts, which only exacerbated my wonderful life and make me a loser! ”
