Coworkings. Coworkings – are mini offices for startup.This small office for those who doesn’t need office.. More than 50% of renters of working places in coworking-centers are freelancers.

In some five or six years most of the workers will work distantly. This tendency is obvious today. Corworkings are more and more popular nowadays in USA and in Europe. This is new tendency in the whole world business. The most obvious advantage is that a rent of some working places in such centers is more favourable that to rent the whole big office. It’s possible to save on hiring the staff from other regions where the salary is lower.

So what is better: to hire small office or coworking? When you rent an office it doesn’t have any renovation as a rule. And renters must buy furniture and copying technique for this  office. For the first impression the work in coworking center seems to be more expensive. But you have to remember that in coworking centers small office for freelancers have all they need: there are tables and chairs for work there, Xerox, scanner, printer. Internet and telephone is also there.  There are climat-control, coffee machine, recreational zones and cleaning service. Traditionally this options are included in the price of office. You can use conference halls  for addition price where one can find safe, listen some master-classes and another educational programs there.

If some company has more then 15 coworkers and they have to work till 9 to 18, to seat conferences so it’s necessary to rent some office. Usually, coworking is associated not only as a small office but also as a working space. This a small office where coworkers can exchange their ideas, for meeting of creative people and organizing of business meeting. If people can work distantly so it’s more suitable for them is to rent a place in coworking-center where he can arrange some business meeting and work there.
