Dislife: More than a sign. How to deal with people who park on the parking place for the disabled?

Y & R Moscow found a pretty effective way to convince drivers that parking places for people with disabilities – are not a mere formality. Every time the driver was trying to disregard the rules to park on the social location in one of the shopping centers in Moscow, he saw a hologram of the disabled.

The message is simple: if a disabled person is currently not in your view, is not a reason to turn a blind eye to their existence. It is definitely the best thing to make reckless drivers be more aware of their actions. Effectively?
