Militants armed with machine guns so-called LNR in Lugansk kidnapped the entire leadership of the State Penitentiary Service in the Luhansk region including the head, the first deputy, deputy, the personnel manager, chancellery head and the chief of staff. Their whereabouts are now unknown. This was announced by the governor of the Lugansk region Gennady Moskal.
