How is the best start of your day and make it great? Starting your day with our advices.
First, I try to get up as early as it`s possible to use the day completely. As people say, “if you get up early, God will give you something”. Sometimes it seems, if you wake up earlier than you have more time.
Secondly, my morning always starts with 1-2 glasses of drinking water on an empty stomach. It helps my body to wake up faster. Previously I knew the recipe, when I tried to drink water with lemon and honey, but I did not feel very well, and this was reflected negatively on my skin. Occasionally I buy at the pharmacy pack of flax, which I pour with boiling water and drink this infusion on an empty stomach. Or I just take the tablespoon of seeds, and after only 20-30 minutes eat breakfast. Flax is very useful for stomach and helps to get rid of the bad breath in the morning.
Thirdly, I try not to miss the breakfast, because it is useful and necessary. Especially trying to enrich my breakfast with natural vitamins, for example, I eat boiled eggs, salad or cod liver in oil, that`s why my breakfast is full of protein.
Fourth, I try to start the day with a positive. I can turn on the cool and funny music, smiling to myself in the mirror, pray or simply adjust myself mentally, that the day will be good and all my affairs will succeed.
