How to behave during and after the explosion? What to do, if you came under a blockage?

Actions at the threat of explosion and beyond it. How often have you seen on the streets the suspicious items or left by someone things? Remember, when a bomb threat, it is  important don`t touch everything, that seemed suspicious to you. If you saw that someone left a bag, briefcase, toys, mobile phone or any other object – do not approach to it, and report about the find to the special service (or call 911).

Upon detection of the suspicious items, you should observe the following precautions:

• Do not smoke.

•Do not use еру electrical cigarette lighters and other sources of fire or the objects, which can provoke the fire.

• Do not touch by your hands and do not touch with other objects.

• Do not shake, do not drop, bend, do not open.

• The place, where you detected the object, you must leave immediately, to provide the  protection.

• Notify the environment (employees, family members, other people).

• Immediately report about the incident to law enforcement agencies.

• Remember that the appearance of the object may conceal its real purpose. As a camouflage for the explosives are used the common household items: bags, packages, boxes, toys, etc;

• Do not approach to the explosive devices and suspicious objects within the distance,  specified in the table.

If the explosion was occur, you must:

• Fall on the floor, covering your head with arms and cross-legged.

• As soon as possible leave the room and the building.

• In no case do not use the elevator.

How to behave at the avalanche?

• If a person is under the logjams, here the main thing for him is to curb the fear, do not  lose the mind. You must believe that help will come necessarily, and while waiting for help try to attract the attention of rescuers by knoch or scream. But use your power sparingly.

• Make sure that you do not get seriously injured.

• Calm down, and before taking any actions, carefully inspect.

• Try as much as possible to provide first aid to other victims. Be aware of the possibility of new explosions, landslides and the destruction, don`t wasted any time, calmly leave the area.

• Follow all instructions of rescuers after their arrival at that place.

• Do not try to get out by your own.

• Try to strengthen the “ceiling” with located next to the wreckage of furniture and building.

• Move away from you the sharp objects.

• If you have a mobile phone – call rescuers on the phone “911”.

• Cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief or clothing, possibly soaked.

• Knock in order to attract the attention of rescuers, better knock on the pipes.

• Shout only, when you heard the rescuers voices – otherwise, there is a risk of breathless in a case of the dust.

• Under no circumstances you should not make fire.

• If you have a water, drink as much as possible.
