So, for each week of the plan – we`ve got three tasks that need to be implemented in your lives. And stay with them throughout the month. Ideally – longer, but here it is up to you to decide. Try to develop some positive habits.
Week 1: Cleaning the body and mind
Get up early, around 6 am. Immediately comes time for yourself, which is never enough during the day. Result – peace and quiet, you can, without being distracted do your business, while your family sleep. This is the perfect time for morning practices for setting body on the perfect day at 100%. Lightweight diet. You can choose the kind of food that seems right to you. I believe in vegetarianism and raw food. The Sport. It’s my favorite and most mandatory. I`m not tired of repeating: the tone and health of the physical body is a prerequisite for spiritual health.
Week 2: Cleaning the space, affairs and environment
Restore the order in all corners, on all tables, in all cabinets, in all places. Think about it: every thing in your home not only picks up a piece of space, but also a piece of your energy. Finish all the relationships that pull you back into depression. Refuse to communicate with those who criticizes you forever and is eternally dissatisfied with everything.
Week 3: The plans, goals and dreams
Write down and execute your plans. You need to write a plan that you will want to perform, from which your knees will shake and your hands will itch. Write a book from your life that would be interesting to read for you yourself. And then you`ll have to add a specific time frame and concrete steps.
Every evening write a plan for the next day. Short, rough, whatever – but the plan should be.
Week 4: Expanding the boundaries
Try to live differently. In every little detail. Go to work using the new way. Go to an unfamiliar cafe or in a very expensive store. Try a new sport. Try to do what you’ve never done.
To Rest. What do you think – just work? Only rest with the obligatory exit from the house, turning off the Internet or necessarily staying alone. And the obligatory (and honest!) feedback to yourself. What was it? How did it go, what has changed? And how to live after all this?
