In modern office 95% of personal work intellectually and the result of their work will be positive if they cooperate with others workers. Business nowadays develops in conditions of very high competition.

It’s very good decision for designing workplaces and offices is to make deferent working zones. Working places are divided with help of office stands and office partitions. In a big room can be installed also a separating zone and a reception. Separately is located a zone for office technique  which is of local use. In a big orporations  there is some separate room for a rest and relaxation of office-workers. There are armchairs, plants, small fountain,  aquarium, an apparatus for making coffee. If it’s not possible to arrange a relaxation zone  in a small room so t’s convenient to locate a zone for rest with armchairs, a sofa, a small table and some magazines.

A prestige, comfortable and expensive cushioned  furniture in an office raises the corporate image for partners and guests and make comfort and cosiness for coworkers.  Textile of cushioned furniture must harmonized with color decision of office decoration. The color make big influence on an emotional sensation, spirit, capacity for work.  Every sphere of activity must consider the rules of color influence. There are some recommendations which must be followed in office space design. It will be perfect when walls and root  are of light colors. At the same time a color of working chairs and tables is bright. But it will be very convenient if all furniture in office is designed on one style.

In office must be the color harmony.  If the color of some office is of  warm colors so it will be more vivid communication there. If designed colors are neutral or cold so it will be business and official atmosphere there. Warm green color gives peace and relaxation.

A conference zone must be decorated in warm colors. This will produce more friendly atmosphere among the conference partners. The illumination is very important on design of working office. It influences the emotional sphere. The sunlight raises workers spirit and working capacity. If the illumination is artificial so the colors of working office is different and the workers see not natural colors of  coworkers. When the client enters in office the atmosphere and design of it must inspirit him.
