Obama harshly criticized for inaction in relation to the Russian aggression

American columnist Bret Stevens criticized the attitude of US President Barack Obama to the situation in Ukraine. Namely, that he could not openly admit Russian invasion of the territory of Ukraine. According to Stevenson, Obama took the problem as a temporary phenomenon. At a meeting in Australia, Obama came close to such a declaration.

But a few days before, NATO confirmed that Russia introduces the Ukraine “multiple columns” of heavy equipment and troops, thereby violating the September ceasefire agreement.

Stevens also criticizes the administration of US President, which, in essence, “not achieved anything other than that to convince the Kremlin that the US president is a small obstacle for Russia”.
