Why is it important to record all information? Do you know how to do information management?

Personally, I have a little trust in my own memory. That is why I have a notebook for my daily affairs, there I record hourly that I plan to perform during the day. This thing I call the information management.

At the end of the day I check all plans and put a mark, where plans implemented. And that things I did not have time to do, I endure on the another day. This is especially important,  when a lot of cases are schedule on the same day. Often people use for the motivation such a thing – they record their achievements at the end of the day, it stimulates their  development.

Also, I like to write the names of those movies, that I plan ever see; I write the names of the interesting songs too, that I heard somewhere; I sign the  extraordinary ideas, that I can use later. In order to make my planner not so boring, I use the different markers and stickers, notes. Recording the information is also useful,  when you want to take stock of the work, which is done. Do not think that only those record something, who have problems with memory. In fact it makes life easier, because your brain doesn`t have too much redundant information to keep in head. You can also set reminders and keep records in your mobile phone, if you are not a fan of the recordings on the paper.

In any case, the record is more positive thing than a negative.
