In the case of enlarging by European Union sanctions against Russia, Russia will respond to it “sensitively”. This was stated by the head of the Duma Committee of International Affairs Alexei Pushkov.
“Russia has never denied the fact that if the sanctions by the EU will expand, it can be taken further measures”, – he said at a press conference.

“What these measures could be – I would not get ahead of ourselves now, we all enter this exchange against sanctions, we believe that it harms the economy of Russia and the EU” – said the Pushkov.
“However, if the sanctions against Russia will expand, I think that Russia will take steps to be sensitive”, – said the Pushkov.
The foreign ministers of the European Union decided to impose new sanctions against terrorists in eastern Ukraine. This decision was taken on Monday, 17 November at the Council meeting of EU foreign ministers in Byussele.
Ministers expect proposals for a list of the separatists, which added to the list of sanctions, to the end of the month. It is expected that the sanctions would include the freezing of accounts and visa restrictions.
