The Russian Federation has resumed shelling Ukrainian territory for the first time since the conclusion of the Minsk agreements.See also: US Vice President visited the Maidan
It is stated on page of NSDC on Twitter.
“During the last day for the first time since the conclusion of the agreements recorded in Minsk resumption shelling Ukrainian territory by the Russian Federation”. – Said Lysenko.
In July the US has provided satellite images that confirm information about shelling by Russian troops with “Grada” and artillery in Ukraine.
