Brent Oil prices fell below $ 79: Maduro convene an emergency summit

Brent Oil prices fell on Tuesday below $ 79 per barrel, and may show a decrease on the basis of the sixth trading session. It is unknown whether lower OPEC production quota by the cartel at a meeting next week.

Venezuela called for strengthening cooperation both within the cartel and from producing countries, which are not part of it, especially with Russia. This gave new impetus to disputes about how react OPEC at the meeting on 27 November, a nearly 33 percent drop in oil prices since the end of June.
