Every day of our life is full of the heart disease factors. Some of them are the stress and depression. That`s why you must know how to deal with stress and how dealing with depression. It`s my own experience, when I was fighting against the heart disease.
In my childhood, I never had problems with heart, until one day I started to feel a tingling sensation in the heart on the physical culture at the school. I went to the hospital, and there it was diagnosed the “neutral prolaks valve,” doctors told my mother that it is an innate problem, the arc of the heart is curved in three times more than is the norm. Then I could have given a disability, my mother was shocked, because nothing like this was with me before. I decided to deal with this, as if it did not sound absurdly.
In addition to the medical treatment, I started going to the pool as I did, when I was a child, I was doing the exercises with expanders (for stretching the chest), also my parents bought for my bed the orthopedic mattress. I remember the doctors forbade me any excessive exercise, for example, I couldn`t jump and run, but it spurred me to do sports. Although at the school and university I had a special group for physical culture, but out of the school, I went to the pool and outside the university I was dancing.
Although I have changed a few of the dance groups and went to the gym, I did not give up. First time I felt dizzy, I felt the taste of blood in his mouth, shortness of breath, but over time it passed. I’m not sure that you completely fit my experience, that`s why consult with a doctor, but rather with several doctors. However, the sport, but not a professional sport, will give you a lof of the benefits. Even if you only change the lift to the stairs, evening watching TV for a walk in the park or streets of your town, get rid of the bad habits and do jogging, or at least something from this list. The main thing: do not stop, don`t forget to develop yourself, and all will be okay.
With Best Wishes, Jane
