This applies in particular to the MSG (E-621) – the most popular flavor enhancer that is present literally everywhere – fast food, chips, sausages, meat semi-finished products, sauces, soups, noodles, etc. This nutritional supplement is a toxin stimulating the nervous system. May cause serious adverse effects (especially for the child’s body) and damage the brain, and cause allergic reactions. Moreover, on the packaging it can not be pointed out that this product contains MSG.
