The Ministry of Defence has announced planned for 2015 more than 4 thousand military drills and maneuvers at different levels. Part of the military exercises will be held for the individual parts of the conduct in international format.

The largest, according to the Defense Ministry, will be exercise “Center -2015” and the joint Russian-Belarusian military exercise “Shield of the Union – 2015”. For the first time in Russia will be held and international army of the game – “Tank biathlon – 2015” and dozens of competitions among the various units of the army of the Russian Federation.
The Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation noted that in 2014 the intensity of military training increased by 1.5 times, and individual performance soldiers fire support increased almost two-fold.
Despite the stagnation of the Russian economy, Russia is increasing military capabilities. Observers of the Western media say about suspicious transactions, which holds Russia and China. According to observers, it looks “as if Putin decided to sell a fraction of China in exchange for a “fast” money”.
