I`m sure that you want to have the Abs fast, that`s why I will share with you my personal experiences. Especially it`s hard, if you are a girl.
To be honest, I have not succeeded it too fast and not just as quickly as I want it, because I’m not a fan of the special additives for food, and I like for everything looks more natural. My experience over the abdominal muscles started on the January 1, two years ago. It was the time, when I decided that I wanted to have a good press. Immediately on my imaging board emerge the picture of the girl`s press. I will not write the exact names of the exercises, but I want to say that to pump the press you need to use the different methods, because the muscles get used to the same load and do not react. So once in a few months I change my training program. Also, do not swing fanatically daily press, for example, I do my workout with the distance in 1-2 days.
The training for my press doesn`t take longer than 20 minutes and consists of the basic exercises for the upper, lower and lateral press. I try to do so: to feel the press and reduce its so-called “burning” sensation, afterwards I`m doing about 10 times the same exercise, because at this time this exercise is the most effective. For sure you need to stretch press after training the muscles and do the exercise called “vacuum”. Generally I try to cheat a little, annoying press in any physical activity. As for me, to pump the abdominal muscles is a kind of test, because I experienced by myself enough of methods, one of the most effective for me was a series of the videos on Youtube, called ABS Workout how to have 6 pack. In addition, we must remember about the work of the back muscles and a special diet to remove fat from the abdomen, especially from the lower part.
