Some black strips occur in the life, and you feel like the whole world is up against you. These are the first signs of the depression. You’re exhausted and tired, everything falls from your hands, the job became a nightmare, you see mess in the personal life. And no optimism is not enough to imagine that all this will ever end. I have to say that fight with depression makes no sense. Depression still wins. So where do you put your energy, it becomes even stronger. You spend your strength, which you have not so much at this moment, and depression increases.
There are some powerful ways to overcome the depression
The most important thing you need to realize that the less time you think about your depression, the faster it will go. Everything happens on the same principle, which focuses your attention, there the energy is flowing. If you do not invest the energy in the doldrums, it will change very quickly. Following this output you need to do something for yourself. When you are in the process, you do not have a free time to think about something else. This is the easiest and the best way out of depression.
Many people think that the creation is the writing, drawing, singing, dancing and more. This is partly wrong association. Creativity is any activity which you take part in. Creativity is an unique (your individual) approach to perform any tasks.
When you live and very often anywhere and everywhere show your creation – you can not be depressed. Creativity is a manifestation of real you. This is your gift. You can turn on your favorite music and dancing during the process. Personally, I always do so when I wash the dishes, or when I`m doing any cleaning in the house.

How you should cry? This method removes the accumulated tension as well! Especially when you`re crying loudly. But it`s better to do it when you`re alone.
Throw a tantrum and kill someone. No, literally, of course, I do not call to rush through the city with an ax, or hunt for your own cat. But with this intention it is good to beat the dishes. Not only an expensive service, but, for example, ugly and boring plates, which you do not gather to take to the cottage. In order to get out of the depression, you have to rap out an oath and shout by your own. The best place to do it is in the woods or in the park where is no one else. You can turn on the music loudly at home and outspeak everything. But you need to be alone at home. The loud music drown out your roar and shout.
Talk to someone on the phone and discuss the situation. But not with those who immediately will start to give intelligent advice, but to those who will sympathize and regret you. And then ne or she will give the sage advice.
You can pity someone, certainly there is someone else who has the worse situation than you. First, you the human feelings will wake up inside of you and the ability to think too. And secondly, you`ll forget about your problems for some period of time.
You can walk in the woods until the oxygen intoxication. Or walking in the city until the point of exhaustion. Then come home, take a bath and go to sleep.
Buy something nice for yourself. Without thinking and hoping, even unnecessary, but I think that you wanted something for a long time – lace underwear or wildly expensive nail polish etc.
Go to a beauty salon. “Give” your head to a good master for the new haircut and colors, and the face to the cosmetologist. And to come out a new person!
Passionate something new. It is not important what to do, nobody asks you about skydiving or climbing to the depths of the sea. The main thing is to set a new task. For example, examine and determine architectural styles in your city. Or peruse the basics, and then check for yourself the miraculous properties of the aromatherapy.
Workout. Trite, but it is proven that if muscles are working, the head rests.
To do something for your home. Learn the basics of the Feng Shui, and to look at your interior from this positions. Move, rebuild, repaint what you have, and complement the little things. Planting, transplanting, crop, buy and place the flowers in the pots. Also decorate the pots.
Restore the old acquaintances. Just make a phone call. Surprises are guaranteed.
Finally go to the sauna in the pleasant company of the good friends. Clean out your skin there, drink the herb`s tea and cranberry juice, relax and calm talk about your life, about the maiden.
Read something life-affirming. For example, “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. Or “Livingstone Seagull” by Richard Bach. Or simply “Bridget Jones’s Diary.” Watch the movie “Amelie.” If you have already seen – do it again!
Start reading books about personal growth and self-development. Now you can find a lot of them in the Internet. Most writers are the outstanding personalities, they`re happy and rich. When you read their works, you are filled with these feelings, and the depression leaves you for this time. Download from the website the same books in audio format only. They will switch your attention. See or visit any training. Live training will switch your attention for, at least, a week. Such kind of the training is very useful and positive. They are visited by the people who are seek to the self-development. Being in such an atmosphere, your status will change quickly for the better. Remember that the main thing during the depression is do not stay with your “brain” alone.
A change of the atmosphere. Just go somewhere to the vacation. If not to the Rio, then, at least, visit the cottage of your friends for the weekend.
An interesting exercise to get rid the depression
Elastic of the millionaire is one of the most famous ways which helps to get rid of the negative thoughts. What is the sense of it? Surely you know the elastics which wrapped a stack of the money. You need to take one elastic and wear it on your hand.
Every time you think negatively, pulls the elastic and it will hurt your hand. Fortunately or unfortunately, it’s pretty much beat you. There is a pain, and you switch your thoughts from the negative to this pain.
You interrupt the flow of the negative thoughts. Then again, when thoughts go in a negative direction, you pull the elastic again. You feel the pain again and your thoughts switch. You create in your mind an anchor: negative thoughts are the same as pain.
