Cancer becomes more and more frequent today. It doesn’t look at the face, race, gender
or social status. But don’t be sad. 70% of cases happen to those who have
unhealthy lifestyle.
So look below to find some easy things which will prevent
you from this threat:
1) Take a look at the statistics: 30% of cases are caused by smoking, 2-3 by
alcohol, 4-5 by physical inactivity. Give up doing these things because your
life is at stake!
2) Piles of vegetables and fruit. Eat plenty of greenery, also orange and yellow fruit and
vegetables e.g. lemons, pears; don’t forget about berries, peas and nuts. It
will be a perfect match if you combine this healthy food with having your meals
according to schedule.
3) Keep fit. Healthy weight prevent you from various types of cancer. Visit a gym or at
least use stairsinstead of elevators (if you don’t work at the 50th

take a walk, alternate sedentary workwith 3min walks. Scientists convince that
5 hours of sitting at the same place harms in the same way as a pack of
cigarettes.
4) Visit a doctor regularly and have medical examination. 90% of those who were diagnosed
cancer on the early stages were successfully treated.
5) Stay away from:
– the sun at the noon when it has the strongest effect.

having many different sex partners and unsafe sexual relationship.

sharing syringes, not to get some infection.
