Terrorists have offered to exchange prisoners for food – ATO

Militant groups are encouraged to exchange Ukrainian prisoners for a products. It is reported by the press center of ATO.

“Terrorist groups offer to conduct exchanges of Ukrainian POWs on food”, – says the publication.

Also the headquarters of ATO confirms that numerous of convoys of the Russian Federation sent to the so-called “DNR” and “LNR” exclusively weapons and fuel for the pro-Russian mercenaries.

In the occupied by terrorists and Russian mercenaries territories increases catastrophic situation – not enough water and food. In many towns the locals organize protests and “food riots”. In Antratsitovsky area “Cossacks” said to local residents:

“As long as the dog running around the village – you are not starving!”
